Splash & Fetch Dog Swimming
Fun, fitness and confidence in the water
Don’t worry if your dog hasn’t swum before - that’s completely normal. At Splash & Fetch, every dog is supported to feel safe and confident in the water. All first-time swimmers are provided with a dog life jacket, and these are always available for any dog who needs a little extra help finding their float.
Our indoor dog pool offers a safe, calm and controlled environment, free from currents, cold water, sharp objects or hidden hazards you might find outdoors. It’s the perfect place for dogs to explore swimming, build confidence, and enjoy movement without risk.
Splash & Fetch is designed for fun, fitness and enrichment, not clinical rehabilitation. While swimming offers fantastic low-impact exercise and joint-friendly movement, we do not provide veterinary physiotherapy or hydrotherapy services. If your dog requires medical or rehabilitative support, we always recommend speaking with your vet.
Whether your dog is a confident swimmer, needs gentle exercise, or just loves a good splash, our purpose-built, heated indoor pool is open year-round and exclusively for dogs.
Why dog swimming is so powerful
Swimming is like a full-body workout disguised as playtime. Just a few minutes in the water can be as effective as a long walk or run, helping dogs burn energy, build muscle, improve stamina and stay mentally balanced — all without the impact on joints that comes with running or jumping.
What to expect at Splash & Fetch
We want every visit to feel relaxed, positive and exciting for both you and your dog. Here’s what happens when you arrive:
A friendly welcome – Our team will greet you and your dog, making sure everyone feels comfortable before heading poolside.
Exclusive pool use – Your session is private, giving your dog space to swim, play and explore at their own pace.
Heated, purpose-built pool – Clean, warm and designed specifically for dogs, all year round.
Support in the water – A trained team member is on hand to assist your dog throughout the session.
Owner participation encouraged – Dogs often gain confidence faster when their humans join them in the water — you’re very welcome to dive in too.
Play, encouragement and confidence-building – Floating toys, gentle guidance and lots of praise, with sessions always tailored to your dog’s ability and comfort level.
